The Midwest Regional Users Group (MRUG) would like to extend an invitation to your company to participate in a vendor fair at our next conference.
Your attendance will greatly benefit your company and the many GE Healthcare clients that are in attendance.
Our next conference will be held
April 1-4, 2012 in Orlando, Florida and is hosted by Orlando Health.
The
vendor fair will be open two days of the conference (Monday and Tuesday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Attendees will have time
during the conference to visit with vendor representatives and learn more about the products and services you provide.
Vendor set-up is Sunday, April 1, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. All vendors are encouraged to attend our Early
Registration/Welcome Reception that evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
On our website you will find the rules governing the vendor fair and a PDF contract to be signed between your company and MRUG. This contract,
along with payment of $750 must be received no later than, March 19th, 2012. We are pleased to advise you that MRUG is now able to accept
payments on line.
Remember, vendor space is limited and vendor tables are assigned
as signed contracts are received.
